Charlotte is a brilliant listener a fantastic organiser and a dedicated team player. Charlotte helps to run Citizen Checkers CIC. She co-facilitates alongside the Citizen Checkers to run events, lead meetings, facilitate Peer advocacy sessions, and deliver training. she speaks Makaton and is our EasyRead lead.
Charlotte is a mother of two and loves horses and dogs.

What is important to me at work?
My family is very important to me. It is the most important part of my life. I love being a mum to my daughters. Being a good mum is very important.
I love being out in the community and meeting people, hearing stories.
Working as a team is important, I love being with people.
It is important that I help people and have a positive impact on peoples lives.
How to support me well at work?
I like to work on one or two projects at a time so I can do them to the best of my ability. Failing is not an option for me.
I work very hard and sometimes need to be reminded to take a break. A good work life balance is something I need to remind myself about.
I like to be told I am doing a good job.
