We will be collecting names and email addresses of our clients or end users and the names and email addresses of our clients supporters.
We will be getting this data direct form the clients or from provider organisations that are supporting the end users . In some cases the data will be inputted by their supporters but not held for them for our purposes.
We will be using the information to contact our clients for legitimate reasons via email and for inputting onto certificate that is received by our clients.
We will only be collected and using data on a lawful basis, for legitimate interests and where relevant.
Our lawful Basis’ for keeping this information is as follows;
(a) Consent: the individual has given clear consent for you to process their personal data for a specific purpose.
(c) Legal obligation: the processing is necessary for you to comply with the law (not including contractual obligations).
(e) Public task: the processing is necessary for you to perform a task in the public interest or for your official functions, and the task or function has a clear basis in law.

- Retention Period: Indefinite, subject to periodic review
- Reason: To support long-term research, trend analysis, and historical archiving
